We hope you love your Big Hug piece. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must remain attached

• Proof of purchase is required

2. We’ll send you a return label and next steps.

3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
